OUR FAVORITE PLACES

Here is a selection of food stores close to home, where we do our own shopping, preferably on Wednesday or Saturday. Leave your car as you can easily walk there. Pierre has left a market stroller in the kitchen for you. Do not forget it to do your shopping.

THE MARKETS IN HONFLEUR

The Saturday morning market in Honfleur contributes greatly to the charm of the city. It starts on Cours des Fossés, at the foot of the Saint-Léonard district, continues along the Vieux-Bassin, and ends on Place Sainte-Catherine. If you sleep in Sainte-Catherine, walk down the Puits street (do not forget your stroller). When you arrive at the square, you will love the fresh fruits and vegetables, the local products, the local fishing (fish and shrimps). If you live in Saint-Léonard, you will start with the clothes and flea markets. In any case, you will finish with a cup of coffee on the Vieux-Bassin.
